Pricing questions
What counts as a tracked prompt?
One prompt in one market. If you track the same prompt in the US and in Canada, that's two tracked prompts, because we collect a full set of answers in each market. You can split your plan's prompts across markets however you like.
Are all platforms included?
Yes. Every plan includes Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and ChatGPT, so you never have to choose which platform to leave out.
Why 3 answers per prompt per day?
AI answers change from one run to the next. Three samples a day on each platform gives you a rate you can trust, and every rate shows its n so you can see how many answers it's based on.
How will the platform add-ons work?
They'll run once a day on every tracked prompt in your plan, alongside the three included platforms. Answers come from each platform's API (Gemini, Perplexity Sonar, and Claude with web search), so they can differ slightly from what you see in each app.
What if I need more prompts?
On Brand and Agency, add 50 tracked prompts for $59/mo. For more than about 500 prompts, Enterprise is better value.
What if I need more sites or seats than Agency?
Agency includes up to 10 sites and 10 seats. Beyond that, Enterprise has unlimited sites and seats, or we can put together a custom package. Just email us.

Starter suits one site with a handful of key prompts: a freelancer, a blogger or a small business. Brand suits one brand that wants to track a full set of prompts with a small team. Agency suits anyone tracking several sites or clients.
